It is Canada’s most common chronic condition and the leading cause of pain, physical disability and use of our health care services. Although there is no cure for arthritis, appropriate treatment, including diet and lifestyle changes can improve symptoms and quality of life. Registered dietitian Helen Van de Mark joins us with more information about how to treat the symptoms.
