Politico report exposes racism and misogyny in Young Republican chats

A bombshell report from news outlet Politico has left the youth wing of the Republican Party in shambles. Racism, misogyny and even crude jokes about sending their political opponents to gas chambers.

The damming report captures a culture of toxicity and implicates several chapters across the U.S.

The chat contains logs from Young Republican leaders from New York, Kansas, Arizona, and Vermont, and features more than 28,000 messages.

While several of those outed by Politico have apologized, the Young Republican Board of Directors has issued a statement, calling for all those involved to immediately resign from their positions.
