Prime Minister Mark Carney gathered with his cabinet members for a second day of meetings in Quebec City, as questions mount following a sharp exchange of words between him and U.S. President Donald Trump this week. Carney used the opening of the retreat to clap back at Trump’s comments about Canada, and today he and his team discussed Canada’s sovereignty and security.
