Amazon causes massive global disruption after Web Services outage

A glitch at the world’s largest digital cloud provider brought many websites and apps to their knees Monday, following a widespread outage in its cloud computing service.
Technical difficulties began Sunday night for Amazon Web Services, which disrupted giant companies like Amazon, Snapchat, Reddit and much more and prompted engineers to work on restoring much of the infrastructure throughout the day.
AWS is a cloud platform in which companies use to operate webpages, programs and other services so they don’t have to pay for their own servers and physical infrastructure.
Amazon have confirmed earlier that their systems are mostly back and running online again, however much was lost on the business front and vulnerabilities were potentially exposed.
