Tomorrow marks the first day of summer and for many of us that can mean embarking in a little more activity. From a new workout to a new outdoor hobby, lifestyle expert Janette Ewen shared with her top summer fitness and activity must haves.
Tip 1: Invest in fun.

Tip 2: Prepare for the elements.
