Tips on how to spot counterfeit money

First Published:

After two women tried to pay for a meal in Hamilton with a fake $100 bill on Wednesday, police are reminding people on tips on how to pick out counterfeit cash.

Another unique way to identify a real bill, look through the transparent maple leaf, shine a light through it and the value should show up in a circle.
