On Thursday, the Argos will reportedly be updating the condition of Quarterback Ricky Ray who injured his throwing shoulder in last Friday`s loss to the Lions. If he`s out for an extended period of time, the balance of power in the east could change dramatically in favour of the Tiger-Cats.

The Ticats have reeled off three consecutive wins to improve their record to 4–4;  one game back of the Argos. Now, granted the Ticats have been beating up on the league patsies, 3 wins against the 1–7 Bombers, the other against the 1–7 Eskimos. But a win is a win, and the Tiger-Cats are doing some good things in all three phases of the game. Up next, the Lions in Vancouver on Friday. Head Coach Kent Austin is happy with the improvement he sees.
