The border to the U.S may still be closed but a major loophole since the start of the pandemic has allowed Canadians to travel down south. The U.S government hasn’t said why exactly they’re permitting Canadians to fly across the border. One immigration lawyer believes Canadians are taking advantage of the situation and there could be an impact on the hospital system. Nicole Martin reports.
