A taste of Niagara’s delicious history

There are so many delicious stories tucked away in the Niagara peninsula – not just fresh fruits and delicious wines. Food blogger and journalist Tiffany Mayer has compiled a fabulous new book, Niagara Food: A Flavourful History of the Peninsula’s Bounty, which looks at the history and many characters who make Niagara a food lover’s paradise.
