‘Tall poppy syndrome’ cuts down successful women in workplace

VIDEO: When poppies grow, they are expected to grow together. If a poppy gets too tall, it is often cut down to size. This phenomenon has been used as a metaphor for what successful women can sometimes experience in the workplace. It is called Tall Poppy Syndrome. CHCH News’ Diana Weeks has more.
