A terror suspect has been charged exactly one week after the Boston Marathon bombings.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was read the charges today in his Boston hospital room. His intial court apperance was conducted there by a federal magistrate’s court judge.
The charges are one count of using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death, and one count of malicious destruction of property by means of an explosive device resulting in death. If convicted, he could face the death penalty.
