Stolen Porsche may have been abandoned on the Hamilton Mountain: police

First Published:

Hamilton Police are asking the public to keep an eye out for a stolen vehicle that may have been abandoned on the mountain.

Police are looking for a 2019 black Porsche Cayenne with the licence plate BWTW 853.

It was stolen from the area of Upper James and the Lincoln Alexander Parkway on July 18.

They say thieves entered the home, took the keys to the vehicle and drove away.

Police are investigating this as part of a series of night-time break-and-enters, which target houses where garage or side doors have been left open.

Once inside, police say thieves steal electronics, wallets and keys for vehicles parked in the driveway.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
