Over $4,000 of stolen high-powered archery/bow sets has been returned to the Hamilton Archery Centre. The store was closed earlier this month because it was not deemed an essential business.
A 58-year-old Hamilton man has been arrested and charged with Break and Enter. On March 23rd, the suspect threw a cinder block through the window of the store on Parkdale Avenue North. The suspect entered the business and stole two cases containing high-end archery bows and equipment.
Police were able to identify the man thanks to video surveillance in the area.
On March 27 police executed a search warrant at the suspects address on Glenburn Court which led them to the arrest of the male and recovery of the stolen property.
