STEP explores the lives of three senior students at the Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women and how their participation in the step team shapes their final year of High School.

Broadway producer Amanda Lipitz makes her directorial debut with STEP. Brigitte Truong spoke with Amanda as well as Coach G (Gari McIntyre) and college councillor Paula Dofat about their ambitious STEP journey.
