St. Catharines man accused of secretly recording people

A St. Catharines man is facing a charge of voyeurism following an investigation by Niagara Regional Police Service.

Investigators began their probe on July 4 after it was alleged the accused was secretly recording individuals while they were out in public.

On Thursday, police executed a search warrant on a St. Catharines residence.

Andrew Vincent, 37, is charged with one count of voyeurism and one count of failing to comply with a probation order. He’s in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

Investigators believe there may be other victims and urge anyone with information to contact police.
