Growing demand for sparkling wine in Ontario: report

According to a new report based out of the United Kingdom, there is a growing demand in Canada for sparkling wines and in particular, Ontario. Diana Weeks looks at some of the world class research coming out of the Niagara region that has really put Ontario on the map for bubbly.
