Executive Chef Mitch Lamb of Stonehouse restaurant in Burlington has been with the company for past 10 years when he started as a line cook and he’s moved up to the executive chef role at both Stonehouse and at their Lakehouse restaurant in Vineland. He hired Tim Bolen as his sous chef for the day to give him a behind the scenes experience.
