Dreamworks Animation has released a short film introducing us to the world of their upcoming sci-fi adventure Home. Entitled Almost Home, the short gives us our first look at Captain Smek, leader of the alien race known as the Boov. They are a nomadic race looking for a nice planet to call home, but that’s easier said than done.
Steve Martin provides the voice of Captain Smek, serving up a bunch of laughs in the 4-minute long clip. Also cast in the full length feature are Rihanna, Jim Parsons, and Jennifer Lopez. Home is scheduled for release on November 26.
