Searching for Hamilton’s next police chief

When Eric Girt announced his retirement as Hamilton’s Police Chief last month it kick-started a wide spread search for his replacement. Members of the community shared what they’re looking for in the next Chief and whether they could make an impact on the social issues that defined 2020.
