Working with his dad Bruce and a couple other people, Dawson’s hot sauce is now a full time job.

A bottle of Dawson’s original hot is about 70% Habanero pepper. However it was a big hit with Hollywood star Charlize Theron. Last month the actress tried Brodie’s creation on the Youtube show “Hot Ones.”

“She was incredibly kind said nice things about the sauce and how it gets the flavors nice and it really helped drive attention to us.”

Brodie and his team have been filling orders from around the world since the show. You can check out the Dawson’s hot sauce website to find out where you can buy some locally.
