There’s more evidence red wine might lower the risk for breast cancer.

Chemicals in the skin of red wine grapes slightly lowered estrogen levels while increasing testosterone in pre-menopausal women.

In this small study, women drank 8 ounces of red wine a night for a month.

Researchers though say it’s too early to suggest non-drinkers start a red wine regimen.
