Putin hails Russia’s army in Ukraine for ‘Victory Day’

“We will not let anyone threaten us.” That was the message from Russian president Vladimir Putin today.

It was part of his ‘Victory’ Day celebration speech in Moscow’s Red Square.

Victory Day annually marks Russia’s role in the defeat of Nazi Germany, but today Putin hailed his forces in Ukraine and blasted the west for fueling conflicts around the world.
