A local jeweler has designed a necklace to raise money for a Fort Erie man with brain cancer.

For the past 12 years, Glamjulz has created jewelry for the Three Little Wishes fund. The proceeds help families who are unable to to manage the financial burden of living with cancer.

This year the money will support a 44-year-old single dad named Paul Robinson who has a high-grade cancerous brain tumor.

“We’re hoping to make his Christmas a lot brighter for him and his family,” said Monica Graves, owner of Glamjulz.

Robinson was diagnosed with a low-grade cancerous tumor in January 2017. Fortunately, the entire tumor was removed through surgery.

However, the tumor returned in June 2021 and it has grown into his brain tissue. It cannot be surgically removed due to the location. The only solutions are radiation and chemotherapy. Robinson is facing the terrible realities that the cancer is more aggressive and the treatment may not be as effective.

He has taken three and a half months off of work to travel to Toronto for treatment at his own expense. The money raised from this necklace will help pay for treatments, hotels, parking and time off of work.

Robinson has a 10-year-old son named Grayson and an eight-year-old daughter named Hadley.

The 2021 limited edition Three Little Wishes necklace costs $35. The necklace is made with a shimmering stainless steel chain, moonstone and labradorite gemstones, a baroque pearl and preciosa crystals.

The Three Little Wishes project has raised over $18,000 for families since 2008.
