The Ford government has decided not to cancel March break, but to postpone it instead until the week of April 12th.

Ontario’s Education Minister Stephen Lecce says the decision was made in order to keep families safe from the new COVID variants and curb the spread as students return to in-class learning.

Lecce says the decision was made on the advice of the province’s
chief medical officer and other health officials.
