Premiers’ calling for more federal funding for health care

Premier Ford has said several times this week that the province’s plan for a second wave of coronavirus will be unveiled in the next coming days. But with some experts saying the second wave is already upon us, critics are wondering why the plan hasn’t been shared immediately as the province reaches over 400 new daily cases. Phil Perkins reports.
