Pope Francis is scheduled to arrive in New York on Tuesday for a four day visit to the United States. This visit is being called the most important papal tour in modern history because of the Pope’s clear and consistent challenge to the powerful, the weather, and the conservative. The calls by the Pope are to aid to the poor, give compassion for refugees and have mercy for both divorced catholics and the faithful who are gay.
