Police seek man after 16 vehicles damaged in Welland, Pelham

Niagara police continue to look for a man who allegedly damaged 16 vehicles earlier this week in Welland and Pelham.

Officers say the incidents happened between 1 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Investigators have now obtained surveillance video of the suspect, showing the man smashing the window of a vehicle and then speeding away in a grey, four-door Honda Civic.

The man is described as White, 18 to 25 years old and six-foot-tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black puffy winter jacket, black track pants and a toque.
