Police release video of daytime shooting in Township of King

York Regional Police have released video of a brazen daytime shooting in the Township of King.

Police were called to the intersection of Larkin Ave. and Ballard Dr. for reports of a shooting around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 29.

In the video, two people are seen getting out of a car and running towards another car as the driver speeds away.

Officers found multiple shell casings on the ground.

Police say the victim’s vehicle was found in a parking lot in the area of Keele St. and King Rd.

The victim was eventually located. He was not injured in the shooting.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
