Niagara Regional Police have made another arrest in a disturbing abuse and neglect case from Port Colborne.
Police allege the incidents took place over the last 20 years.
On Tuesday, officers made their fifth arrest in the case.
Susan Leitch, 44, of Renfrew, has been charged with sexual exploitation of a person with a disability.
She will appear in court Wednesday for a bail hearing.
Investigators made their first arrest in this case last month.
Also on Tuesday, police re-arrested Shane Ayres based on allegations stemming from 2016.
The 70-year-old is now facing additional charges of sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching and sexual interference.
He was first arrested on July 19 and charged with two counts of sexual assault.
