Halton police say they don’t believe a vehicle was to blame after a cyclist was found unconscious in Burlington Sunday afternoon.
A 36-year-old man with a serious head injury was found on 1 Side Rd. between Guelph Line and Walkers Line.
Police say he was spotted by a motorist around 2 p.m.

They say he was travelling eastbound when he was thrown from his bike.
The cyclist is expected to recover.
