Niagara Police continue to investigate at the Welland home of the late Peter Kormos.
The former NDP MPP, who more recently became a Niagara regional councilman, died Saturday at the age of 60.
Niagara Police say the cause of death is still under investigation and an autopsy is scheduled for Monday morning in Hamilton.
Kormos’ family has yet to comment publicly on his death and there is no word yet on funeral plans.
