Pedestrian struck on Highway 403 in Brant County: OPP

OPP are investigating after a pedestrian was struck on Highway 403 on Monday morning.

Officers were called to the highway around 7:40 a.m. to a collision they say involved a pedestrian.

Police say the pedestrian has been taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The eastbound lanes of the highway are closed between Rest Acres Rd. and Oak Park. It’s expected to remain closed for several hours for the police investigation.

Anyone who was in the area and has dash cam video is asked to contact police at 1-888-310-1122.
