OPP identify woman killed in collision on Highway 6

OPP have identified the woman who was killed on Highway 6 north of the Hamilton airport.

54-year-old Colleen Hyslop from Cayuga died at the scene after her SUV collided with two transport trucks on Highway 6 between Book Rd and Airport Rd. Monday afternoon.

OPP say around 2 p.m, a SUV driving southbound on Highway 6 crossed the path of a transport truck driving northbound, sideswiping it. The SUV continued driving when again crossed into the northbound lanes and struck another transport truck. The drivers of both transport trucks were not injured.

Roads reopened around 9 p.m. after further delays for clean-up of dangerous goods.
