OPP identify motorcyclist killed in crash near Port Dover

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have identified the motorcyclist who died at a rally in Port Dover last week to mark Friday the 13th.

Shortly after 1 p.m. on May 13, a motorcyclist travelling northbound on Blueline Rd. collided with a vehicle travelling westbound on St. Johns Rd. East.

Officers said 65-year-old Leslaw K. Stys of Brant County suffered serious life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital where they were pronounced deceased.

The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team are continuing to investigate.
