Ontario reports 170 COVID-19 cases, 3 deaths

Ontario is reporting 170 cases of COVID-19 and three deaths Saturday.

The reported positivity rate is 0.8 per cent, with the province completing more than 19,100 tests in the last day.

Another 150 cases have been marked as resolved.

Currently, 132 people are in intensive care units, with 86 of them on ventilators.

According to the province, 124,261 vaccine doses were administered on Friday. Of those, 105,628 people became fully vaccinated.

There are now 8,480,761 people in the province who have received both vaccines.
