Niagara Police say foul play is not suspected in a death at Ball’s Falls Conservation Area.
Emergency crews were called to the area around 2 p.m. Tuesday.
According to police a 19-year-old man from Oakville jumped into the water and had not resurfaced.
A diver with the Niagara Police Marine Unit found the man’s body at the bottom of the falls.
Police say they are still investigating the circumstances of what happened but say foul play is not suspected.
The man’s identity is not being released.
