No one had the winning ticket for the $55-million jackpot in Friday night’s Lotto Max draw.
Twelve MaxMillions prizes of $1-million each were also available. Three of those prizes were claimed by four winning tickets — two of which were sold in Ontario, and the others in the Prairies and British Columbia.
The jackpot for the next draw on Nov. 6 will be $60-million, and there will be approximately 24 MaxMillions prizes available.
The Lotto Max grand prize was last won Sept. 25, when a ticket for the $60-million jackpot was shared by 12 co-workers in Markham.
However, Friday night’s draw did generate several prize-winning tickets that were sold in Ontario. As for the two MAXMILLIONS prizes sold in Toronto, one is worth $1 million, while the other was shared with a winning ticket sold in another province and is worth $500,000. Plus, two ENCORE tickets, worth $100,000 each, were sold in Hamilton and Woodbridge.
