Nine people, including 12-year-old facing 111 gun-related charges

Six teenagers and three adults face a total of 111 charges after police seized two machine pistols and 88 rounds of ammunition from a home in Toronto.

Police say the charges include careless storage of a firearm and possession of a restricted firearm with ammunition.

One of the teenagers arrested was a 12-year-old girl.

The names of those under 18 cannot be released under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act but their ages range from 12-17.

Nicole Brand, 24, and Abdullahi Hassan, 18, of Toronto are both facing numerous charges.
