Niagara to move into the Red-Control zone Monday

First Published:

The province has announced the Niagara region will be moving into the red-control zone beginning Monday, March 1st.

The change in Niagara means five people can gather indoors, 25 people outside. Indoor dining, hair salons and gyms can re-open with limits.

The government lifted the stay-at-home order for most of the province two weeks ago and moved the majority of health units back to its colour-coded restrictions system.

Haldimand-Norfolk will move into the yellow-protect, while Thunder Bay and Simcoe Muskoka regions will move into grey-lockdown.
