Niagara SPCA looking for an experienced adopter for Charlotte

First Published:

The Niagara SPCA and Humane Society is looking for a home for Charlotte.

They say the pig was found in the middle of a field in West Lincoln about four weeks ago.

Charlotte is very timid and nervous of humans. Staff say they don’t know if it’s from being under-socialized or if something happened to her in the past.

Because of this, they are looking for an adopter who has experience with pigs and is able to give Charlotte patience and TLC.

They say pigs are very intelligent creatures and can make wonderful pets when given proper care and nutrition.
