Niagara Regional Police officer arrested

A Niagara Regional Police officer has been arrested in connection to a domestic dispute.

Constable Joseph Nardilli faces a number of charges including criminal harassment, break and enter and harassing phone calls.

Police say the incidents took place between mid-August and mid-September.

The 30-year old officer has been with Niagara police for four years, and has been suspended with pay. He was being held in custody pending a bail hearing in St. Catharines today.
