Niagara Police find body in Port Colborne dog park

Niagara Regional Police are investigating the discovery of a body in a Port Colborne dog park.

Officers were responding to a welfare check in the city on Thursday,  when they found a body in the area of the leash-free dog park on Elm Street.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and are not releasing any more details at this time.

The park is closed for the investigation.
