A three-storey building in downtown Niagara Falls has collapsed.

The back of this building on Erie Avenue crumbled on the weekend. The second and third floors were so badly damaged sections had to be knocked down. The only tenant was a Chinese food restaurant on the ground floor. The upper floors were empty.

Erie Avenue is closed until it is determined what will happen with the building.
