New Trailer // It Follows

First Published:

The horror genre has been getting a much needed shot in the arm lately. Even though we still suffer through the cheap thrills of films like Ouija and The Pyramid, we’ve been gifted with some fresh takes on the genre with films like Cabin in the Woods and more recently Oculus and The Babadook. One actress that is quickly becoming this generations scream queen is Maika Monroe. Last year she starred alongside Dan Stevens in the thriller The Guest and this year she plays the lead in the indie feature It Follows, which just got a new UK trailer.

If the trailer didn’t spell it out for you, It Follows is pretty much about a literally deadly STI in human form. See Hollywood, there are killer original ideas out there!

It Follows will hit Canadian screens on March 13 (a Friday).
