New measures for Hamilton residents, enabling them to book COVID tests online

Hamiltonians can now book an appointment for a COVID-19 test online.

Those who work at the overwhelmed assessment centres in the city hope that the online booking, along with the new guidelines for testing will help ease the strain on the system.

Public health is urging everyone to book an appointment before showing up. Kelly Botelho has the details.
