It appears there’s a war going on inside Hamilton city council.
A motion put forward at yesterday’s committee of the whole has touched off a battle that seems to pit mayor bob bratina against the rest of council. And as Scot Urquhart reports, that perceived split could have some serious consequences for the residents of Hamilton.
