Mother says 14-year-old boy charged with murder is the same teen who bullied her son

A Hamilton mother has come forward saying she complained repeatedly over the suspect accused in the murder of Devan Selvey.

It is believed the same teen tormented her son years ago and also attended Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School.

Adam Atkinson has the story.

***Clarification: Hamilton Police were involved in 508 cases of violent crime involving youth (ages 12 – 17) in 2018. Not all of those were related to bullying.
