The Hamilton Tiger-Cats will honour and celebrate the remarkable career of general manager Ted Goveia tonight when the team hosts his former team, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, tonight at Hamilton Stadium. Ted Goveia has passed after a courageous battle with cancer.
