Nickel Brook Brewing Co. started out brewing beer, but as more and more craft beers and cocktails come to market, John Romano and his team decided to adapt to what people want.

Emily Vukovic visited John at the brewery in Burlington to try out their newest cocktails and non-alcoholic beer and taste some of the food they serve up.
