St. Catharines mayor discusses homelessness in the city

St. Catharines mayor Mat Siscoe joined us this morning to update everyone on what’s happening in the city. One of the major issues facing the city is homelessness and trying to develop a plan to prevent people that have been banned from local shelters from ending up in encampments.

Rick and Mat also compared their form and technique when throwing out the first pitch at a ball game!
